One way to achieve goals effortlessly is to change the way we view waste. Waste comes in all forms. One form of waste that we can start controlling is our daily coffee consumption, which is a daily ritual for most of us coffee lovers. Research has shown that building daily habits into permanent habits varies in time for each person, but is usually more effective and permanent when commitment is daily and long-term (at least three months). Somehow, coffee drinkers had developed a daily need for coffee. In correlation to our daily coffee habit, what is happening with the waste from brewing at our office or home setting?
