Costa Rica Villa Sarchi
Grown at Finca Los Pinitos, this micro-lot coffee is fun, fruity and sweet. This coffee pairs well with a breakfast or brunch. Costa Rica has a reputation for their sweet and rich coffees. This Diamond Anaerobic Process is truly a gem and is roasted in limited quantities. Flavor profiles are cherry, mixed berries and cacao. Can be roasted in medium or dark profiles.
Villa Sarchi is a varietal that was discovered in the 1950's, a mutation of the Bourbon lineage. This coffee shrub requires high soil nutrition. Its taste and care at the farm level is evident in this cup.
