Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
This coffee is from a co-opertive from the Edido Village. An Anaerobic Natural Process, this Ethiopian Heirloom varietal is blooming with sweet flavors. Tasting notes consist of Orange Marmalade, Blueberries, and floral flavors. Grown at approximately 1880 MASL, this coffee makes an excellent pour over and espresso (when roasted darker).
This Grade 1 coffee is fermented for 7 days and dried naturally for an additional 30 days, allowing the coffee to shine with more sugar and complex tasting notes. This is roasted in medium or dark profiles and is available in limited quantities.
